We structure our careers programme around the Gatsby Benchmarks so that learning and experiences are built into all areas of the curriculum and each young person has a wide range of opportunities, tailored to their needs and abilities.

Our approach raises aspirations and prepares each young person for a successful transition into their next step, whether that be into the next curriculum stage, further education, adult learning opportunities, or employment.
